When you create an account or request beta access, we collect your email address and chosen callsign. While you play, we store gameplay data tied to your account — character stats, inventory, progress, in-game currency balances, and activity like chat messages, forum posts, and support tickets. We also log basic technical data (IP address, browser/device info, timestamps) for security and anti-cheat purposes.
Your data is used to operate the Service: authenticating your account, running gameplay, sending account-related email (verification codes, password resets, beta status updates), responding to support requests, and detecting cheating, abuse, or security issues. We do not sell your personal data.
We use session cookies to keep you logged in and a small number of preference cookies (e.g. your chosen interface theme, text-mode setting). These are functional, not advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
We don't sell or rent your personal data. We may share it with service providers who help us run the Service (e.g. our email delivery provider), bound to use it only for that purpose, or where required by law.
During closed alpha/beta, account and character data may be reset or wiped as the Service evolves toward full release — see the Terms of Service for details.
You can update your email and other account details from Settings at any time. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us using the address below.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
