By creating an account, requesting beta access, or otherwise using VoidFrontier (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
VoidFrontier is currently in closed alpha/beta testing. The Service is provided "as is" during this period: features may change, break, reset, or be removed without notice, and character progress, items, currencies, or account data may be wiped at any time before a full launch. Beta access does not guarantee access to any future release.
Unless we say otherwise, unreleased content, mechanics, and materials you encounter during beta testing are confidential. Don't publicly share details, screenshots, or footage of unreleased content without permission.
You're responsible for your account and everything that happens on it. You agree not to: cheat, exploit bugs for unfair advantage, harass other players or staff, attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems, or use automation (bots/scripts) to play on your behalf. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion.
In-game currency, items, and premium purchases have no real-world monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and exist solely within the Service. We may adjust, remove, or reset them at our discretion, particularly during beta.
VoidFrontier's game content, art, code, and branding belong to us or our licensors. You're granted a limited, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial play. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from the Service without permission.
The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of account data or progress during beta testing.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves, especially as it moves from beta toward full release. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
